Canvas stretching

Canvas stretching was initially done by the artists before painting with the oil back to hundreds years ago. Stretched canvas requires a frame to be put over to achieve a nice finish. Nowadays it is still a popular way to display artwork on canvas. Since inexpensive commercial oil paintings (some are from mass production) become more and more affordable and therefore become more and more popular especially when digital printing on canvas becomes a trend, frameless canvas stretching is very welcome particularly by young people. We use professional stretching bars in various thicknesses. The largest canvas we stretched was measured at 2.9 x 1.5m with reinforcement of frame structure. We also have canvas printing services.
